Description of products
KJWDZH-SJ332(5025) is a low - smoke halogen-free fuel for data cable. Excellent thermal cracking performance, in line with IEC60332-1 standard. The operating temperature of the product is -40. 690. (2) It can be used for the sheath of data cable with high combustion grade requirements, and also for the sheath of power cable, communication cable and control cable with vertical combustion test requirements. Its performance complies with the RoHS directive and REACH regulations.

Processing technology
This product processing performance is superior, suitable for extrusion pipe, half extrusion pipe, extrusion die extrusion. It is recommended that the length-diameter ratio of the extrusion screw is 18-25, the compression ratio is 3:1, and there should be a cooling device for temperature control in each area of the barrel.

Packaging and storage
This product is packaged in moisture-proof packaging of 1000kg or 25kg net per bag.
This product should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated warehouse. If the storage time is long, it should be dried before use. The drying temperature is 8CTC and the drying time is 4 hours.
The storage period of this product should not exceed 6 months.
Notes
① Before processing, make sure that the rod, the barrel, the bottom of the material state is clean, and do not bring impurities into the processing process.
② Once the raw materials are opened, it is recommended to use them within 24 hours. If the package is damaged, it should be dried before use.
