KJWDZ・H・FSis an anti-shrinkage thermoplastic low smoke halogen free flame retardant sheath material. Has excellent mechanical and physical properties, flame retardant performance, temperature resistance, shrinkage resistance and heat resistance cracking performance. This product can meet the temperature resistance class of 105°C without cross-linking. It complies with RoHS directive and REACH law. It is suitable for the sheath of power cable, communication cable and control cable.

Processing technology
This product processing performance is superior, suitable for extrusion pipe, half extrusion pipe, extrusion die extrusion. The length-diameter ratio of the extrusion screw is 18-25, the compression ratio is less than 3:1, and the temperature control in each area of the barrel should have a cooling device.
