KJWDZH-DMC is a low friction coefficient thermoplastic low smoke halogen free flame retardant sheath material. It has excellent mechanical and physical properties, flame retardant performance, temperature resistance, shrinkage resistance and heat resistance cracking performance, and the surface of the extrusion product is smooth and the friction coefficient is low. This product complies with the RoHS directive and REACH regulations related requirements, suitable for low friction coefficient of cable sheath layer.

Processing technology
This product processing performance is superior, suitable for extrusion pipe, half extrusion pipe, extrusion die extrusion. The length to diameter ratio of the extrusion screw is 18 ~ 25, the compression ratio is 3:1, and the temperature control in each area of the barrel should have a cooling device.
