KJPE-LD7059 is a linear low density polyethylene cable sheath material, which is made of polyethylene resin as the main raw material, adding antioxidants, lubricants and other additives, after mixing, plasticizing, granulated. This product has excellent dielectric properties, resistance to low temperature and environmental stress cracking properties. In accordance with RoHS directive and REACH regulation, applicable to power cable, communication cable, control cable sheath layer.

●Processing technology
The KJPE-LD7059 offers excellent surface finish and excellent output rates in a variety of conditions.
For best results, melt extrusion temperatures in the recommended range of 200 ° C to 250 ° C are used.
It is recommended to dry the hopper at 80℃ to remove moisture.
