KJWDZH-P5038 s KJWDZH-P5033、KJWDZH・P5028 is a thermoplastic low smoke halogen free flame retardant fiber optic cable special material. It has excellent mechanical and physical properties and flame retardant properties. The service temperature of the product is -40°C~90°C, and the extrusion performance is excellent. It can be used for the sheath of small square lines such as network cables and optical cables with high extrusion speed. It is also suitable for the sheath of common power cables, communication cables and control cables. Its performance conforms to the RoHS directive and REACH law.

This product processing performance is superior, suitable for extrusion pipe, half extrusion pipe, extrusion die extrusion. The length-to-diameter ratio of the extrusion screw is 18~25, and the compression ratio is less than 3:1R.

Packaging and storage
① This product is packaged in moisture-proof packaging of 1000kg or 25kg net per bag.
② This product should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated warehouse. If the storage time is long, it should be dried before use. The drying temperature is 8CTC, and the drying time is 4 hours.
③ The storage period of this product should not exceed 6 months.
Notes
① Before processing, ensure that screw, barrel, hopper thoroughly clean, processing H process is strictly prohibited to bring impurities.
② Once the raw materials are opened, it is recommended to use them within 24 hours. If the package is damaged, it should be dried before use.
