It has excellent mechanical and physical properties and flame retardant properties; application temperature -40℃ ~ 90℃. Processing technology
This product processing performance is superior, suitable for extrusion pipe, half extrusion pipe, extrusion die extrusion. The length to diameter ratio of the extrusion screw is 18 ~ 25, the compression ratio is 3:1, and the temperature control in each area of the barrel should have a cooling device.
Notes
① Before processing, ensure that screw, barrel, hopper thoroughly clean, processing ID process is strictly prohibited to bring impurities.
② Once the raw materials are opened, it is recommended to use them within 24 hours. If the package is damaged, it should be dried before use.
